Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping times

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Estimated shipping : 7–15 business days

  • These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us directly.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to update shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not supported at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill your order at this time. We are working to expand our shipping coverage and appreciate your understanding.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Charmies has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you have concerns.

Incorrect shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Charmies is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in fulfillment.

Lost or stolen packages

Charmies is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking around your property, with neighbors, and contacting your local post office or carrier directly. For ongoing issues, please reach out to us and we will assist where possible, though we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in these cases.

Delayed shipments

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather events, customs holds, or other factors beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
